Shipping Information

Purchases that are made on are shipped to our customers across the United States and Canada.   For our Canadian customers, all shipment costs are paid for by the customers.  Our Canadian customers have the following courier service options to choose from: FedEx, UPS, and USPS, based on their needs of delivery by certain time frame. Orders that are placed during weekdays are normally processed within next business day, and orders that are placed during weekends are processed within 48-72 hours for shipment. We have negotiated cost effective shipment rates with our courier services, which are passed on to our customers.

Cost Free Shipment
At Style & Modesty we have cost free shipment for the orders that are shipped within the United States for a certain promotional period.  We use the cost effective courier service to deliver the ordered goods to you. It is usually delivered within 3-5 business days after processing your order for shipment.  We also offer promotional free shipments for variable order amounts for a limited time period through out the year, which may or may not be combined with any other offer.  So you can take advantage of the free shipping that works for your order.

Shipping and Handling Costs Reimbursement
We are NOT able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing an item at or returning the merchandise via mail. We offer only return shipment cost reimbursement for defective item or any items sent in error.

Local Sales Tax, Out of State and International Shipping & Handling
If the order is shipped within State of Texas, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order, for the total price of the products. We do NOT collect sales tax for orders that are shipped outside of State of Texas. If the order is shipped to Canada, then additional 5% will be added to the total for international shipping & handling cost.

Easy Return, Exchange and Store Credit
Style & Modesty offers return on any items purchased at within 30 days from the date of purchase. Below are the conditions that must be followed for any refunds, exchanges or store credit.

1. Item is in its original new condition (with tags on, and not washed)
2. Item is not worn other than try outs to check the correct fit
3. Item is mailed back to Style & Modesty within 30 days of date of purchase
4. A copy of the order should be included with the returned item(s)
5. Item(s) for return, exchange or store credit should be mailed to:

6. A refund or exchange must be requested at with order# on the subject line, when shipping back an item.

Please note: Return and Exchange, will not be accepted after the expiration of 30 days from the date of purchase. Return of any item(s), must be received with 30 days of the purchase at the address provided above.

Should you prefer to receive a refund for the returned item, we will process your refund the next business day upon receipt of the item, if the item meets the above conditions. Refunds are processed via same method of payment.

Should you prefer to exchange an item for different size, color or even for a completely different item equivalent in price; we will happily process your request on the next business day upon receipt of the item, provided that item meets the above conditions. If the promotional priced item and promotional price period ends before the item was returned within 30 days of return exchange period, we will happily exchange the same item of different color or size at the promotional price that you purchased at. Shipment cost of the new item will be passed onto our customer, unless the original item was part of an order that was $200.00 or more in US Dollars.

Store Credits
Should you prefer to keep the value of the items as store credit in your account for the future purchases at, you may do so. You may place store credit request when returning the item at Your store credit voucher does not expire and you can use it at your convenience like as cash, towards your future purchases. If your store credit amount is enough to cover the cost of shipping, you may use towards the shipment cost as well.
